1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nour website and app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Nour is a health and fitness platform that helps you track workouts, log meals, and receive personalized insights. The service is available as an iOS app with Apple Watch support, and through this website for information and beta registration.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use automated means to access the service without our permission

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

7. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all your personal and health data
• You can request export of your data at any time
• You can delete your account and all associated data

8. Intellectual Property

The Nour name, logo, app, website content, and underlying technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
